Visitor Information & Parking
A limited number of guest parking spaces are provided in the gated lot immediately adjacent to the Children & Family Services Center along 5th Street. Reserved spaces for handicapped are marked appropriately. Vehicles parked in reserved handicapped spaces must have a valid, state-approved handicapped tag. Only employees working in Children & Family Services Center who have assigned parking in the lot adjacent to the building may park there.
If the lot reads “Monthly Only”, you may find parking in the lot behind the building on Davidson Street for a small fee. Cash, credit and debit cards are accepted.
In addition, parking meters are located in front of the building along 5th Street, and are available for use until 4pm with a 2-hour limit between 9am and 4pm, as is standard for all meters in the Uptown area. You must enter change in order to lawfully park at the meters.
Care Ring is accessible from the following bus lines: 9, 14, 15, 20, 27, 28 and 39. From the bus stop, walk about one block down N. Davidson Street to the Children & Family Services Center. We are also located approximately two blocks from the Transportation Center.
When you enter the building, please proceed to the center lobby where a customer service representative will direct visitors to the correct agency. All visitors to the Children & Family Services Center must sign in at the front desk. Visitors are issued a pass and directed to the appropriate agency.
Care Ring has two suites on the first floor. It is important to know whether your destination is in the Clinic or Physicians Reach Out or with Administration so that the customer service representative can direct you accordingly.
Upon leaving, visitors must sign out at the customer service desk and, when appropriate, will receive a token to exit the building parking lot. If you have parked in the Children & Family Services Center parking lot, please do not leave the building without your token or you will be unable to exit the parking lot.
