The Program Making A Difference

Each day, specially educated nurses in Care Ring’s Nurse-Family Partnership program routinely visit mothers starting in pregnancy and continue through the child’s second birthday, enabling nurses to meet additional household members and see firsthand the family's home environment and neighborhood. They strengthen the lives of pregnant mothers and their babies by providing additional education and support around prenatal care, caring for your newborn, and reaching developmental milestones. Additionally, they address the social factors that affect a family’s ability to lead a healthy life and help to increase their upward mobility.
