The Care Ring Clinic is located inside the Ascend Nonprofit Solutions building in uptown Charlotte. Our dedicated, caring staff provides medical care both in-person and through virtual visits. We offer a wide range of primary care services, such as physical exams and help with many common health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
We offer our services at no cost. It is important to us that all patients can access the care they need. We do ask for a donation at the time of your appointment. This donation ensures we can continue to offer affordable care for all of our patients.

The Care Ring Clinic is available to everyone. You do not need to prove you are below a certain income and you do not have to live in Mecklenburg County or Charlotte to be a patient with us.

Do you need specialty care?
If your health needs are more complex than what we can treat in our Care Ring Clinic, you may qualify for Physicians Reach Out, a Care Ring program that offers donated medical care for people who meet eligibility criteria.
Our volunteer network of over 1,600 medical providers can treat conditions like cancer, provide surgeries for injuries or diseases, dental care, and much more at no cost to you.
