For the people we serve, this rapid shift in daily life has had an immediate and profound impact. And for some, there have been serious consequences and sacrifices.
Our community response is critical.

Challenges for the people we serve are only increasing. They face a higher risk of complications from COVID-19, as many have underlying health conditions, such as diabetes. Many are also losing their jobs and lack public or private insurance.
Our neighbors need us now more than ever.
We have made real-time shifts in service delivery to ensure people can continue to access the care they need. Our clinic is utilizing telehealth visits to consult with patients. Physicians Reach Out is connecting people with urgent care needs to the appropriate doctor. And Nurse-Family Partnership is still providing education and guidance to families via phone and video.
Care Ring is here for our community's most vulnerable. But we know the need for our services will only grow.
