Each year, Care Ring brings together our top supporters from across the private, civic, faith, nonprofit, medical and corporate sectors to "Hob Nob" with us and celebrate the difference they are making in reducing disparities for, and improving the health and vitality of, underserved neighbors in our Charlotte community.

Now in its 10th year, Hob Nob will take place on October 8, 2026 from 5:30 - 8:00 pm at The Casey.
With a theme this year of "Harvesting Hope," we invite you to join us for a delightful Fall evening of fine food and beverages, fellowship, and fun as we celebrate the fruits of our past year of collaboration, innovation, and adaptation, made possible with your support. We'll also share what's new for this year, and how together we are increasing your positive impact.
Attire: Business casual or business formal; Fall colors encouraged.
All guests must register in advance, by September 24th.

The Venue
Situated in the historic Tryon Hills neighborhood, and very close to Care Ring, The Casey was originally built in 1922 and boasts an expansive entertainment space with its original 22-foot-high sawtooth ceilings, and steel framed windows. Part of the Beau Monde portfolio of event venues, it stuns with its art deco style bar and exposed brick interior. Additionally, there is ample free parking in their dedicated lot.

The Program
The program will feature:
- a welcome from our Board Chair, Andrea Wages
- remarks from our CEO, Tchernavia Montgomery
- highlights and outcomes from our past fiscal year of service
- presentation of our Maribelle Connerat Award, named after our founder
- presentation of the Physicians Reach Out Practice of the Year Award
- celebration of the total amount of donated care that Physicians Reach Out has achieved since its 2004 inception
- remarks from our top sponsors
Food, Fun & Prizes
In addition to our inspiring program, the evening will feature:
- time to network and connect with old and new friends
- grooves from DJ Jus' Joe
- delicious food & fine beverages
- photo opps in front of our Care Ring backdrop as well as in the 360 degree photo booth by Ohh Snap Photos
- a small, curated silent auction featuring coveted items for guests to bid on
- free raffle drawings throughout the evening, drawn by our sponsors
