Your gift will immediately go to work helping patients like Carmen, a wife and mother of three who received treatment for breast cancer through Physicians Reach Out, or new mothers in our Nurse-Family Partnership and A Guided Journey programs, giving them crucial support for one of life's most important roles. Patients of our mobile unit The Bridge will receive biometric screenings and connection to resources, helping them stay out of the hospital and avoiding dire health emergencies. And community members like Sarak can get medical equipment like wheelchairs to help them live dignified lives and improve their mobility so they can participate in life's everyday activities.
