A New Place to Call Home

Since 1955, Care Ring has been a leader in community health, meeting people where they are to ensure they are able to lead and maintain a healthy life. Over that 70 year period, we have had four different homes as our organization grew and changed.

Care Ring has been and is continuing to experience significant growth, especially within our Maternal Child Health programs. In FY25 we served 1,275 families, which represents a 237% increase over the past five years. We are the oldest provider of community health services, and wanted to be more embedded in the communities we serve.

Moving to a new, larger facility located in a corridor of need enabled us to decrease barriers to accessing our programs, serve more individuals, reduce wait times, and be able to adequately house all programs and staff with room to grow. This relocation marked a milestone in our mission to address the healthcare needs of people with limited resources in our community.

Breaking Ground

In Spring of 2024, Care Ring hosted an announcement about our relocation at the new building site, and renovation work began shortly thereafter. Check out some "before" photos as well as our time lapse construction video.

Our New Home

Our beautiful, innovative 14,000 sq ft home was opened to the public for its first day of service on February 18, 2025. A ribbon cutting ceremony and open house for some of our key partners and funders was hosted on February 13th. Photos by Michelle Murchison. Click to enlarge.

Our Building Partners

Thank you to these businesses who have been integral in the creation of our new home, assisting us every step of the way, and in some instances discounting or donating a portion of their services, or facilitating donations of other goods and services.
